Overview
I led design across LottieFiles’ platform, plugins and creative tools, managing up to 10 direct reports. Working closely with product and engineering, I shaped product direction and helped turn complex animation workflows into connected experiences. Alongside product delivery, I introduced the design system and supported the team through hiring, mentoring, regular critiques and 1:1s.
